Capital Campaign Status

A special thanks to donors who contributed to the successful completion of our $1,000,000 Capital Campaign. The campaign was supported
by many new donors to the organization in addition to long-time supporters of SARI’s operations. The upgraded facility enhances our ability to
provide opportunities for people with special needs to move towards greater freedom and independence through their connection with horses.

Together, we continue to make a difference!

SARI Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

SARI opens new facility

About 70 people watched as the Honorable David C. Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, cut the ribbon on SARI’s new stables on Sept. 11.

The $1 million facility includes a new stable, assessment office, staff offices and lounge area for parents to watch their children riding. Because of this facility, more people will have the opportunity to experience the freedom and independence of riding a SARI horse; more children with special needs will grow physically, intellectually and emotionally through their special bond with a SARI horse.
