How to Apply:

1. Download and complete the application package: “Program Application & Physician's Referral”.

Only applicants with diagnosed special needs are required to submit a physician’s referral and attend an assessment at SARI.  The assessment process is facilitated by a Staff Instructor and Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.  This provides SARI Instructors with the information needed to assign the applicant the appropriate mount, equipment and support level required during the pony ride.
