SARI Therapeutic Riding is a registered charitable organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults with disabilities through adaptive equine-assisted programs. We are looking for a reliable, and motivated Program Instructor (part-time) to help lead mounted and unmounted lessons for people with disabilities.

Position summary:
The Program Instructor has a primary responsibility for ensuring safe, quality therapeutic equine instruction as per SARI standards, policies and procedures.
SARI is seeking a candidate with the following competencies: experienced and competent horse handler, excellent coaching skillset with willingness to teach long hours, safety mindedness, available to fill in on short notice, strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively in support of the SARI mission, strong leadership, excellent communication, self-starter with an outgoing attitude, strong attention to detail.
